Jennifer Aniston does get on a plane to see Justin Theroux when she can.
The betrothed couple have reunited in Manhattan and were out together grabbing lunch at Freds at Barneys New York on Monday, the first time they’ve been photographed together in weeks.
Rumors of possible trouble in paradise were stirred up when they spent a lengthy amount of time apart, a stretch that included Aniston’s 45th birthday and Valentine’s Day. But then Theroux returned to L.A. and they both attended CAA’s pre-Oscars party on March 2, during which they held hands and otherwise stuck by each other’s side throughout the night.
And all looked perfectly normal between the pair as they made their way around Manhattan, both in similarly skinny jeans and bundled up against the cold. Aniston wore a black wool pea coat and snuggly gray scarf, while Theroux sported his usual black motorcycle jacket.
The 42-year-old actor-writer has spent January in New York shooting the upcoming HBO series The Leftovers with Liv Tyler and Amy Brenneman. Theroux plays a cop in the series—created by Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta, who wrote the novel that inspired the show—about the folks left behind in a suburban community after a global Rapture-type event.
Aniston, meanwhile, just scored a couple of MTV Movie Awards nominations for her role as a sassy stripper turned small-time pot smuggler in We’re the Millers, including Best Female Performance (opposite the likes of Lupita Nyong’o and Amy Adams), Best Shirtless Performance and Best Kiss.
She most recently finished shooting Peter Bogdanovich‘s ensemble drama Squirrels to the Nuts, in theatres in 2015, and she’ll reportedly be reprising her role as the dentist from hygienist hell in Horrible Bosses 2.
